Meal Plan – Terms and Condition

Payment:

You are required to pay 100% of the meal plan in advance either by cash, credit card, via online or bank deposit to EATWELL restaurant, bank details will be provided once we receive your registration.

All payments should be done 72 hours (3 working days) IN ADVANCE for uninterrupted service, from our end.


Payment for the plan renewal should be done 72 hours (3 working days) prior to the first delivery date of the following plan, otherwise food delivery stops by the end of the first plan and only resumes 72 hours after the payment has been made.

Cancellation/Refund policy:

You have the right to cancel the meal plan. To obtain the refund the cancellation must be made within the first 72 hours of receiving the first meal delivery.
Meals already delivered up to time of cancellation will be deducted from the initial payment.
Any cancellations or last minute freeze with notice of less than 72 hours, will be counted as a valid delivery.
No refunds will be applicable on 5 days trial or 3 days detox plans.

Security Deposit:

An additional amount of 200 AED will be added to your total bill as a security deposit for the meal plan bag and containers.
Should you fail to return the containers or the bags to eat well in an acceptable condition, eat well has the right to withheld total or part payment of this deposit.
Eat well cooler bags along with ice packs, should be returned on daily basis. Failure to do so, could hamper the proceeding food deliveries.
Before initiating the claim for refund of cooler bag deposit; kindly ensure that all bags and ice packs are duly returned.
Refunds should be claimed, within 45 days of your last delivery. If the claims are not made within the 45 days, the bag deposit will be forfeited.

Freezing your plan:

Should you require to freeze your meal plan a minimum of 3 days advance notice must be given to us.
Only one freeze option is available per 20 day cycle.
Any plans paused for 3 months or longer will be automatically cancelled without any refund.

Disclaimer:

Once you receive the food, it should be kept refrigerated max 5 degree Celsius. For consumption, items can be eaten cold or reheated according to the instructions mentioned on the container.
Menu choices for the entire month or week should be selected 72 hours (3 working days) prior to the first delivery date. For weekly menus the same is applied in advance.
Failure to send us the selection will result in our nutritionists choosing the food according to your medical condition/plan, regardless of your food preferences.
Food delivery will take place during the evening hours. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery timings, based on the route planned by the delivery team. WE will not be able to guarantee a specified delivery time.
All changes in address, menu choices, delivery timing, and delivery dates including freezing and unfreezing of accounts has to be given within a 72 hours’ notice.
The company is not responsible if any payment handed to the delivery driver is lost.
In case of any food complaint, we request you to retain the food and send it back to us for further investigation.
By purchasing this meal plan, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions without limitation, qualification or change.
The information offered is intended for people in good health. Anyone with medical problems of any nature should consult a doctor before starting any diet or exercise program.
Even if you have no known health problems, it is advisable to consult your doctor(s) before making major changes in your lifestyle.
You understand and agree that you will indemnify, defend and hold us and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of our meal plan and nutrition program, or your violation of these terms and conditions.
This meal plan has been specifically designed for below signatory and should not be consumed by any other person.
If the client not at home, the bag will be left at the door. The driver will add ice pads to the meal plan bag that gives a 3 Hour of chilled temperature and at the customer’s responsibility.
